The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Workshops/Classes:

Spend 8 hours (workshop) or 16 hours (class)  learning how resiliency, authenticity, and vulnerability help to grow us into the people we were designed to become. The intention of the class is to grow a deeper understanding and practice for wholehearted living.  The curriculum is based on Dr. Brené Brown's research.

Retreats:

Customize your experience.  Gather friends, colleagues, co-workers, family members or faith community members to create a safe place to explore connection, compassion and courage using material based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.  We will work with the needs of your group to design an experience to support your needs and renew the hearts of those who attend.

Daring Way™ Intensive:

In this 2-3 day 'deep dive' we explore topics like vulnerability, courage, values, shame resiliency, identity and connection .  We follow the Daring Way™ curriculum developed by Dr. Brené Brown.  We will learn with and from each other, create sacred ground where our stories are honored and where you can explore personally the messages you are living out.
